| These employees are in the throes of this upbringing transformation, forcing Web 2.0 speakers to take greater responsibility for their own learning. Learning via Web resources and technologies is a key component of this transformation. Learning opportunities are existence designed and prefabricated acquirable today for the skill humble of tomorrow. The plans and visions prefabricated by Saudi Armco to equip learners with self-directed acquisition skills is in sync with twenty-first century acquisition that apiece of us are part of. My Web 2.0 keynote that winter and spring to five Armco locations in Saudi Arabia revealed a special energy and enthusiasm at Saudi Armco for e-learning alternatives, visions, and strategic plans. It was clear that self-directed acquisition was a key facet of the e-learning visions and plans of this oil industry giant as it today is for whatever added companies around the globe. The resources, activities, modules, and courses, tailored for the Saudi Armco people, are acquirable on demand and when needed. The arrangement of e-learning instruction areas and options in just this keynote company prefabricated my jaw drop. However, employees at such companies haw not be used to self-directed acquisition pursuits. Adding to the potential Web 2.0 confusion, the ways to track and monitor the progress of those in self-directed acquisition pursuits are not yet fully understood. Over the coming decades, however, self-directed acquisition will be increasingly prominent in both corporate and military upbringing settings. It will not modify there, however. With the richness of the Web of Learning, it will effect apiece of us in nearly every acquisition area or Web 2.0 topic we pursue. |
